To restore balance, King Henri III hosts a running competition to recruit , offering the legendary , which grants any wish.

A decade after the Fairy Tale Boat Race, Princess Lala ascends the throne and establishes the Tales Library to manage fairytales more efficiently.

But peace is short-lived. Mysteriously, all stored fairytales reset, plunging Fairytale Land into crisis once again.

Just then, the sealed begins to glow, drawing people from across worlds through mysterious letters promising to grant their deepest wishes...
